What's on the menu?

At Orbisk, we are looking for a hands-on, data driven Head of Customer Success to lead our growing team. You will grow the team and structure it with Team Leads so you can focus on optimizing processes and structuring the organization for scalability. Our team has expanded, and we expect further growth this year. We need someone who can define a clear vision and translate it into effective execution.

In this role, you will focus on process optimization, ensuring that our services are consistent and effective across all customers. You will empower the Team Leads to manage their teams, support in complex customer cases, and drive innovation in our approach. You will work closely with the product team to implement customer-driven improvements and ensure we focus on the right initiatives that drive long-term customer success and retention. 

The key ingredients for success: 

  • Proven ability to develop and execute a vision for a growing team.

  • Experience in process optimization and structuring scalable teams.

  • You probably have approximately 4 years of experience in a leadership role within Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing department.

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).

  • A proactive and analytical mindset, focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities.

  • €5,800 - €6,800 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience)

  • 32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.

  • To ensure you are taken care of later on, we have a pension contribution of 7%.

  • An annual home office budget of €250 is offered, so you can create a nice work from home space, as well as a travel allowance for when you work from home.
