What do we look for?

We're looking for a creative mind with sharp execution skills - someone who can move fast without compromising craft. You’re energized by turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and have a strong sense for what works across different channels and audiences.

At Carv, we care about clarity, consistency, and creativity, and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives at that intersection. You’re comfortable collaborating across functions, iterating quickly, and pushing the brand forward with every asset you touch.

What will you design?
  • LinkedIn ads and paid campaign assets

  • Visuals for organic social, including thought leadership and culture

  • Design elements for marketing content and lead magnets

  • Landing pages and CRO experiments

  • Sales decks and event collateral

  • Contributions to and evolution of our brand design system



Your Mission

Create high-quality, conversion-ready visuals across performance, content, inbound, and ABM campaigns - helping us scale creative output while maintaining brand excellence.
