Annemiek Nusmeijer, owner of Greenjobs.nl, proudly introduces Tivy.club, a new job board that focuses entirely on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I). Six years after the acquisition of Greenjobs.nl, it is time for the next step: creating a working environment where everyone has equal opportunities.
Why job board Tivy.club?
Tivy.club is more than just a job board. It is a movement towards a fairer, diverser and more inclusive job market. Inspired by personal experiences with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and hearing loss, Annemiek believes that there is a suitable place for everyone in the job market. Tivy.club connects employers who actively commit to DE&I with job seekers who value an inclusive work environment.
From Greenjobs.nl to Tivy.club:
The idea for Tivy.club was born in 2023, when Greenjobs.nl broadened its branding from purely 'green' to a focus on broader social impact. Now, two years later, this idea is getting its own platform and website. Tivy.club starts as a job board, but there are plans to offer more advice and services in the field of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the future. Think about services to of help with writing inclusive job descriptions and creating policy on diversity and inclusion.

The choice for the domain name ".club" was made consciously. It symbolizes the core of inclusivity and togetherness. Tivy.club is based on the four core values Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. The name "Tivy" is derived from the letters in these four words and symbolizes the movement towards more justice, equality, diversity and inclusion. If you look at the letters of Diversity you will see that the four letters of Tivy appear in it.
