THE POSITION:
For our Central Office in Offenbach, we are looking for  a highly motivated Junior Revenue Manager (m/f/d). Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Management Germany, you will be responsible for the execution of daily revenue management for 2-3 properties. In addition, you will support the team by delivering accurate reporting, maintaining revenue management systems, and implementing pricing and segment strategies. You will work closely with hotels to ensure effective execution of revenue management tasks and contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and skill development within the field of revenue management.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure hotels receive the Revenue Management deliverables according to the task / core deliverables list, which is established for each hotel.

  • Lead daily revenue management initiatives (pricing, forecasting) for 2-3 hotels.

  • Update pricing, positioning and deploy segment strategies following the agreed strategy

  • Support the coordination and planning on the 18 month total hotel revenue forecasting process and annual budgeting.

  • Produce reports, analyse data and pro-actively anticipate on changing needs and opportunities.

·       Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats.

·       Ensure accurate content, availability, and pricing on all distribution channels.

·       Participate in departmental meetings, team briefings, and project work. In addition, work towards independently leading commercial strategy meetings.



WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, hospitality or other relevant field.

  • First working experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.

  • You are a fast learner and you can quickly learn new and multiple markets and understand their different dynamics.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • You are a meticulous planner and deliver before the deadlines.

  • Proficiency in English; efficiency in German is a strong advantage
