DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

Define and design the overall enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT governance. 

Lead the evolution of architectural frameworks to enhance scalability, resilience, and efficiency.

Architect and oversee cloud-based and on-premise solutions leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, EC2). 

Develop cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud architectures to optimize performance and cost efficiency.

Establish enterprise-wide guidelines and standards for software development, cloud adoption, and security architecture. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between IT infrastructure, security, and business objectives. 

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and assessing their impact on enterprise architecture.

Develop and enforce best practices for Identity and Access Management (IAM) to enhance enterprise security and compliance. 

Lead the design of secure authentication and access control mechanisms for critical business applications.

TECHNICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role operates in a highly secure and enterprise-driven environment, focusing on defining and governing the enterprise architecture strategy for access management, smart card automation, and security solutions. It involves architecting and overseeing cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes), establishing Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks, and ensuring seamless enterprise system integration.

The position requires:

Expertise in enterprise-wide architecture frameworks and best practices.

Leadership in IT governance, security architecture, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ability to drive standardization, automation, and system optimization across complex environments.

A strategic approach to aligning IT infrastructure with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

Collaboration with C-level executives, solution architects, and IT leadership to shape technology roadmaps and enterprise security strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

•       Strong experience in enterprise, solution, or cloud architecture, with expertise in designing scalable, high-performance systems.

•       Strong expertise in Java & Spring Boot (experience with Spring Cloud Data Flow is a plus).

•       Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and front-end integration.

•       Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

•       Knowledge of security solutions including smart card management and badge reader automation.

•       Familiarity with MongoDB, relational databases, and API integrations.

•       Ability to troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

•       Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.

•       Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, international environment

•       Background in financial services or security-driven applications.

•       Prior experience as a Solution Architect is a plus.

•       Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate) is a plus.

•       Fluent in English and French

•       This position is limited to EU citizen due to the security clearance.
