With the establishment of Tivy.club, she is introducing a new job site that focuses entirely on diversity, equality and inclusion (DE&I). Tivy.club is a new initiative that originated from Greenjobs.nl, with the aim of strengthening diversity and inclusion in the labour market. Employers who actively commit to these themes can post their vacancies, so that job seekers who value an inclusive workplace can find targeted positions.

According to Annemiek, Tivy.club is an important step in creating a fairer and more inclusive labour market. “I know from experience that people can be different and that there can be a place in the labour market for everyone,” she says. Due to a serious accident, Annemiek has acquired a non-congenital brain injury and severe hearing damage, which she has to deal with on a daily basis.
