A lot is happening behind the scenes at Tivy.club. The site continues to grow, as does the number of vacancies from employers who consider diversity and inclusion important. Thanks to a new link with the recruitment system Recruitee, vacancies from organizations have recently been automatically appearing on Tivy.club.
Are you missing something in the vacancies? Yes, that's right! We are currently working hard on technical improvements. Think of showing company logos and clearly stating the country in which the position is located and what type of position and employment contract it is.
380 organizations are already actively committed to diversity and inclusion
380 organizations from the EU are now using the link with Recruitee. In doing so, they are sending a strong signal: diversity and inclusion are not a side issue for these employers, but a priority.
By posting jobs on Tivy.club, these organizations want to reach and attract inclusive talent. This increases the visibility of employers who take equal opportunities and a safe working culture seriously.
Teething problems in the connection are being resolved
The connection is still new, which means that not everything works perfectly yet. Some vacancies are shown without a company logo. It is also not always clear in which country the position is located – something that is especially important for international talent.
These points are being actively worked on. Vacancies will soon be clearer and more transparent, so that job seekers can more easily find what suits them.
