What's on the menu?

As our new Data Support Analyst, you’ll be a core part of our data operations, ensuring smooth system functionality and data accuracy. Your week will involve investigating and resolving data-related support tickets, developing internal reports and KPIs, and addressing ad-hoc data questions. You'll also be responsible for creating and organizing internal documentation for our knowledgebase, shadowing tech support calls with developers, and suggesting automations for internal workflows. This role is crucial in empowering Orbisk's mission through robust data infrastructure.

The key ingredients for success: 

• Strong SQL skills are a must for this role. You probably have 2+ years of experience working with SQL.

• You have prior experience with data cleaning, transformation, and troubleshooting tasks.

• You possess excellent communication skills to explain your findings and communicate potential fixes.

• You have a keen eye for documentation for every part of the system and data you investigate.

• It is an added bonus if you are familiar with Looker Studio (or other BI platforms), have working knowledge of Python or you bring experience working with ETL/ELT systems, especially BigQuery.

• €3,700 - €4,500 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).
